Permanent Injunction–Scope for granting–Temple in question was
constructed by Smt. V. in presence of then ruler of Jaipur–No evidence is available on record to show that it was gifted to J–Ex-24 revealing that RS & RK were the priest of temple–Plaintiff failed to prove that any of them was in his family tree–Copy of alleged genealogy of the plaintiff has no link with priest appointed by V–Plaintiff also failed to establish that V was his ancestor–Held, issue as regard to entitlement of management of temple was rightly decided against him.
