Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9(c), (d) & (e)–Eviction–Appreciation of–Appellant-tenant demolished the northern foundation of ground floor and levelled it with the road–Front was closed by glass window and door to alter the garage into a shop–Garage was not letted for the purpose of any commercial use–Case of material alteration without any permission and change of use of purpose from residential to commercial–Further, the act of tenant is covered by nuisance–Held, eviction was justified.
