Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Secs. 138 & 141–Offence by Company –On whom the liability can be imposed?–Held, the Company as well as every person in charge of and responsible to the Company for the conduct of the business of the Company at the time of the commission of offence will be deemed guilty for the offence.
