Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956–Secs. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8–Criminal proceedings against the similarly situated co-accused have already been qua-shed and set aside on the premise that being customer, he was not liable for any offence under the provisions of the Act–Case of the petitioner is not distinguished from the case of co-accused–Proceedings quashed.
