Indian Succession Act, 1925–Secs. 372 & 63–Proceedings of probate–Propounder of will is required to prove-
(i) that the will executed was the last will of executant, and
(ii) that the will is not surrounded by suspicious circumstances and in case such circumstances exist, the burden lays on him to dispel the said circumstances.
