Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 134/187–Framing of charge–Appreciation of–Investigation Officer collected the possible evidence which was sufficient to satisfy the Court that the accused intentionally ran over the deceased by his tractor–In earlier revision filed by complainant, this Court had concluded that there was sufficient evidence available on record for taking the cognizance u/s. 302–This order attained the finality–Held, trial Court rightly framed the charge u/s. 302.
