Permanent Injunction & Possession–Suit for–Decreed–Plot in dispute was purchased by the father of plaintiffs through a registered sale deed–No evidence is available on the record to show that the amount of purchase was given from the bank account of defendant’s wife–His plea that the sale deed was registered in favour of plaintiff’s father in order to avoid the ceiling is not tenable–Defendant was the licensee during the life-time of the plaintiff’s father–His possession was permissive–Cause of action arose when the defendants tried to raise the contruction over the plot–His licence was revoked at this time–Therefore, the suit for possession was in limitation–Held, no illegality or irregularity is found in the impugned decree.
