Motor Accident Claims–Compensation–Income of the deceased–Tribunal assessed the monthly income of the deceased Rs. 6,000/- per month which was enhanced by the High Court up to Rs. 7,000/- per month–Salary certificate issued by the employer shows that the victim was employed as a driver on a fixed salary of Rs. 10,000/- per month–This documentary evidence is further supported by the affidavit of the employer–It would be wholly impermissible to assess the income at a lower figure–Income assessed Rs. 10,000/- per month and 40% added for future prospects in view of age 37 years–Amount of compensation enhanced up to Rs. 20,80,000/-.
