Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987–Sec. 19(5)(ii) & 22A–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Jurisdiction of Permanent Lok Adalat–If the fact that a suit having the same controversy and same prayer was pending before the learned Trial Court, then the Permanent Lok Adalat would not have jurisdiction–Entire proceeding pending before the Permanent Lok Adalat are liable to be quashed and set aside.
