Sec. 63–Rejection of application–Justification–Documents are relevant for the present purpose–Application should be decided on merits and not cursorily observing that the same has been filed for the purpose of delaying the proceedings–Application is allowed–Further, by allowing the application under Order 11, Rule 12, application under Sec. 65 of Evidence Act rendered infructuous.
