Compensation–Disability–Determination of–Appellant sustained 24% disability to upper limb and 85% to lower limb–Tribunal considered the disability 30% to whole body–High Court re-assessed it up to 65% in view of amputation of right leg–Appellant was working as vegetable vendor–He would require assistance with the mobility in bringing vegetables to the market place which otherwise would be extremely difficult for him with an amputated leg–Disability should be determined 85% for the purpose of determination of loss of income.
