Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Eviction on the ground of material alteration–Tribunal recorded the findings on the issue nos. 3 & 4 to the effect that besides affixing the glazed tiles on the floor and installing the Air Conditioner, the petitioner also affixed the furniture damaging the walls of the shop–Appellate Tribunal also confirmed the findings–Findings of facts–Interference declined.
