Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 138–Offence was compounded on the ground of compromise–15% amount was imposed–Prayer to reduce it up to extent of 5%–Amount will go to State Legal Service Authority which will
give the benefit to poor people of State–Declined to reduce up to 5%, however, reduced up to 10%.
