Criminal Trial–Adverse remarks against investigation officer–Sustainability–Verdict of acquittal was passed with observing that there was no oral witness to support the pro-secution case–Most of witnesses turned hostile–Medical evidence, recovery of articles, and circumstances of case were also not supporting the case of prosecution–It was not mentioned that how the alleged omissions had adversely affected the case of prosecution –No opportunity was given to petitioner before passing the impugned caustic remarks–Further, these were not necessary for disposal of case–Expunged.
