Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 24–Transfer applications–Some
applications are pending for years as service is avoided by the other side–In some, interim orders passed by this Court resulting in the matrimonial matters remaining undecided in the concerned family Courts–It would be appropriate to allow all these applications.
