Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1976–Sec. 10(3)–Expression “Vesting”–It takes in every interest in the property including de jure possession and, not de facto but it is always open to a person to voluntarily surrender and deliver possession u/s. 10(3) of the Act.
