Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Acquittal–Death of wife by burning–Maternal relatives of the deceased did not support the case of prosecution–Though the dying declarations are reliable and these were wrongly discarded by the trial Court yet this Court is of view that the deceased seems to have taken the estreme step of ending of her life by setting herself ablaze–View taken by trial Court is one of the two possible views–Interference declined.
