Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 1959–Sec. 173-A (Unamended)–Demand of conversion charge–Land was neither allotted by Municipal Corporation nor the State Govt. put any restriction over it’s use–It was originally belonging to the erstwhile Ruler and was sold regd. sale deed–Held, demand of conversion charge is contrary to legal position–No interference is required in the impugned judgment of Single Judge.
