Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 91–Direction of trial Court to produce the call details of petitioner-SHO–Effect and operation of order were stayed by this Court on 13.12.2019–Now, the factual report up to effect that the call details cannot be made available as the system contains the call details up to one year only–No further order is required to be passed by this Court.
