Criminal Trial–Recovery of CPU–Relevance for the establishment of offence–The main CPU on which the CDs were written and from which it was transferred to the other CPU from which it was mailed, was not seized by the police to establish that the same was sent from cyber cafe belonging to M–M was also not present when the CPU was seized–Seizing officer did not talk to M to inquire about the CPU which was used to load the contents of CD on mail–Adverse inference.
