Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21–Decree of specific performance on the basis of compromise–In the execution of decree, execution Court wrote the letters to State Authorities for grant of khatedari rights in favour of decree-holder–State Govt. was not the party in the civil suit–If the private respondents failed to get the agreement executed and registered in one month, the respondent-plaintiffs will be entitled to apply for the khatedari rights by completing all the formalities of the land in question–Executing Court was not right in writing letters directly for grant of khatedari rights–Petitioners may file their objections before the Executing Court–Petition disposed with certain directions.
