Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 88, 188, 91, 92A & 209–Suit under–Decreed–Land was transferred to Revenue Department, which in turn allotted the same to the plaintiff in year 1966–Merely because the settlement conducted in year 1972-73 and the land was recorded as forest land, by itself cannot confer the title on the petitioner-department–No interference is warranted in the concurrent findings.
