Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 33(c) (2)–Semi-permanent status was conferred on 1.1.95 to the workman afer reinstatement–Labour Court determined the amount of Rs. 25,830/- in the proceedings in application u/s. 33(c)(2)–Provisions of Sec. can be invoked only against the amount for which the workman is entitled–In the instant case the conferment of semi-permanent status prior to 1.1.1995 was required to be adjudicated–Held, impugned amount could not have been determined.
