Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act, 1956–Sec. 16–Service & Employment–Direction for granting the compassionate appointment on the basis of adoption deed–Submission of appellant-State that the applicant was aged more than fifteen years on the date of adoption–Registered adoption deed has not been held to be invalid by the competent Court–Court shall presume that the adoption has been made in compliance with the provisions of Act until and unless it was disproved–Interference declined.
