Rajasthan Stamps Act, 1998–Secs. 2(21) & 65–Document of leave and licence–Interpretation of–Right of management of the hotel was given to respondent no. 1–In absence of such a right, entry of respondent no. 1 into the property would have been unlawful–Several rights were partly transferred to respondent no. 1 and some of her rights were kept under the supervision and care of respondent no. 2–Nature of agreement was a grant of “leave and licence”–Respondent no. 2 replied in the writ petition that the agreement was a “leave and licence”–Revisional Authority erred in exercising the jurisdiction by going beyond the powers of Sec. 65(2)–Impugned order is liable to be set aside.
