Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 19–Prosecution sanction and all consequential proceedings–Quashed by the High Court–Petition for quashing was filed after The Trial Court framed the charge and after the prosecution had examined seven witnesses–Whether the prosecution sanction has been granted by the competent authority or not, would be the matter of evidence–High Court has not recorded any reason about any failure of justice having occurred on account of impugned sanction order–Further, it should not have entertained the petition for quashing the sanction order when the prosecution had already examined seven witnesses–Impunged oder passed by the High Court is liable to be set aside.
