Criminal Trial–Medical evidence–Does not support the oral testimonies of witnesses–If the incident occurred in the manner stated in FIR, sufficient quantity of soil should have been found in the mouth of deceased–Merely some dust sticking to the face of deceased which could be caused by merely throwing the dead body on the ground.
