Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988–Order of detention–Set aside by the High Court–Documents which were made the ground of detention were illegible and blurred and not readable–Detenu should have all information that will enable him to make an effective representation–Right to make representation is a fundamental right, and he is always entitled to be supplied with the legible copies of documents–Even the plea that he has failed to raise this question before the detaining authority which goes into the root of matter to take away his vested right, has no substance–Interference declined.
