Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 2(c)(ix)–Employee of a regd. co-operative society receiving the financial aid from the Central or State Govt. would be covered by the purview of a public servant–Even any grant or any aid at the time of the establishment of the society or in any construction or in any structural concept or any aspect would be an aid.
