Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Denial from granting the temporary injunction–Order modified by High Court upto the maintaining status quo–Justification–Balance of convenience leans in favour of appellant as the electricity station has been fully constructed–Respondent nos. 1 to 3 failed to establish their possession–If they are able to establish their title and possession over any part of property, they would be entitled to compensation for any damage, detriment or inconvenience caused to them–Overriding interest of public providing the electricity to the local populace–Impugned order of maintaining status quo is vacated.
