Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 37–Recovery of loan–Suit for–Dismissal of–Justification–Plaintiff produced the documentary evidence of issuing the loan which remained unrebutted–Appellant no. 1 admitted the fact of receiving the loan through the annexures–Merely because the Manager of Bank was not examined, there would be no adverse effect on the case of plaintiff–Trial Court committed error in not decreeing the suit.
