Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954–Sec. 14, Proviso–Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 1955–Rule 12A–Scope–Even a bill, cash memo or invoice in respect of the sale of any article given by manufacturer or distributor or dealer shall be deemed to be a warranty given by such manufacturer, distributor or dealer.
