Rajasthan Prisoners (Open Air Camp) Rules, 1972–Rule 3–Denial from sending the petitioner to the Open Air Camp on the ground that he is the convict of offence u/s. 376 IPC and 4 & 6 of POCSO Act–Further, the observation that in the Open Air Camp, prisoners live with their wives and daughters and, hence, it would not be safe the send the petitioner to Open Air Camp–Merely because the convict is young age and other ladies/girls are living in the camp, that by itself would not imply that the petitioner would misbehave with them–Directed to send the petitioner to a suitable camp.
