Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439(2)–Prayer for cancellation of bail–After getting the benefit of bail respondent no. 2 entered the house of the petitioner illegally and caused injuries to her mother–One injury was serious and an FIR was also lodged for the offence u/ss. 452 & 325 and the challan has been presented against him–He was again bound by the concerned SDM for six months–Bail deserves to be cancelled.
