Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 24–Guardian & Wards Act, 1890–Secs. 9 & 25–Prayer for transfer the case of custody–Application for guardianship of minor shall be made to the District Judge having jurisdiction in the place where the minor ordinarily resides–Minor is presently residing in Sri Ganganagar with the petitioner–Application deserves to be allowed.
