Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9(a)–Scope–Section provides for service of notice through regd. post acknowledgment due–Service of notice through any other mode including speed post cannot be said to be the due compliance of the statutory provisions–However, in the instant case, the service upon petitioner has otherwise been affirmed, therefore, grant of certificate of recovery of possession is upheld.
