Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 302/149–Conviction–Proper section–All the injuries suffered by the deceased were of a blunt object–Other injured persons also sustained the injuries by a blunt object–Incident occurred in the agricultural field which was the subject matter of dispute between the parties–Two of the accused persons also suffered the injuries of sharp cutting weapons–An exchange of words between the ladies prior to the incident–Offence is covered by the exception fourthly to Sec. 300–Conviction deserves to be altered u/ss. 304 Part II & 304-II/149.
