Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954–Sec. 22–Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 76–Order of Tehsildar not recognizing the sale deed as a valid sale–Order is appealable u/s. 75 of the Act in view of the question of fact–Petitioner is directed to file the appeal before Collector.
