1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Amendment in pleadings–Scope for–If the subsequent events sought to be brought on record by way of amendment of the pleadings are of such nature that the bonafide requirement of the suit premises by the land-lord stands completely eclipsed, then, only such amendment which is necessary for effective and complete adjudication of the issue with regard to the bonafide requirement of the premises by the land-lord, can be allowed at
any stage of proceedings.
