Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21–Scope–The Executing Court cannot go behind or beyond the decree, however, it is the duty of the Executing Court to find out the true effect of the decree and to construct a decree or the meaning of the words used therein the Executing Court can take into consideration the pleadings as well as the proceedings leading up to the decree, which will naturally include the judgment on basis of which, the decree has been drawn.
