Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 2(2)–Compulsory registration of a decree–When can be required–Held, registration would be required, if the decree creates for the first time, rights, title or interest in immovable property of the value of Rs. 100/- or upwards in favour of any party to the suit.
