Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 1, Rule 10–Applicant-trust is seeking it’s impleadment in the appeal against the decree of partition as regard to share and worship–Dispute is essentially a family dispute–Appllicant trust has only the right to carry out the other administrative affairs of the temple–It cannot be allowed to inter-middle or intervene in the present appeal–Application deserves to be dismissed.
