Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 82–Reference–Allowed by BOR–Appreciation of–Land was recorded in the name of idol “Doli Mandir Shri Raghunath Ji” as khudkast land in settlement jamabandi of Svt. 2009–Pujari transferred the land in favour of petitioners in an illegal manner–Held, reference was rightly allowed.
