Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 372–Succession Certificate–Denial from granting–Justification–Deceased performed two marriages–Petitioner is her first wife and she claimed the amount of personal accident claim–Petitioner filed the affidavit and stated that nominee P had died before the death of her husband–Further, she filed the death certificate of nominee P at the stage of appeal–Second wife K and her both sons are the parties of proceedings and they have no objection if the succession certificate is issued in favour of petitioner–Held, petitioner is entitled to get the succession certificate.
