Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9(d), (e) & (j)–Eviction from the commercial premises–Appreciation of–Nothing on record to show that the premises was rented to joint family of appellant–He parted the possession of shop to his son and son is carrying the business through his proprietorship firm–Appellant himself acquired the possession of other shop near by the premises and he is also doing the business therein as a proprietory concern–Concurrent findings as regard to parting possession–Interference declined.
