Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Sec. 1(c)–Scope for granting parole–Convict who is sentenced to imprisonment for the offence under NDPS Act or any other Law relating to a matter to which the executive power of the Union extends, Rules of 1958 will not be applicable and Rules of 1955 framed by Central Govt. will be applicable.
