Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005–Sec. 29–Stay of execution of the order of granting maintenance by Sessions Court–Scope of–If the Sessions Court does not have the power to grant interim order during the pendency of the appeal, it ought not to have stayed the execution of the maintenance order passed by the Magistrate.
