Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009–Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Nagar Palika was constituted comprising more than one Gram Panchayat–Petitioner was entitled to be appointed as Chairperson having the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat having largest Panchayat–Inquiry was initiated against her way back and no action was taken after submission of inquiry report–Respondents are not appointing the petitioner as the Chairperson in grab of colourable exercise of powers–Directed accordingly.
