Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 372–Will–Establishment of–Testator cancelled the earlier will and executed new will on 15.11.1978–Allesting witnesses of will proved the execution of will–Report of FSL also proving the signatures of testator–Wife and daughter of testator also supported the claim of respondent no. 1– Held, High Court rightly reversed the finding of trial court and directed for issuance of succession certificate in favour of respondent no. 1.
