Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Order of eviction on the ground of personal and bonafide necessity–Writ petition against–Concurrent findings of both the Tribunals in regard to bonafide requirement of land-lord–No perversity is found in the findings of facts–Further, the scope for interference by invoking the Art. 227 is also limited–Writ petition deserves to be dismissed.
